Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Evaluation

Every new account receives 10 free page credits to fully evaluate the Service — run real screenings, view reports and certificates — before making any purchase.

2. No Refunds

Because you can evaluate the Service free of charge before buying, all purchases of page-credit packs and all subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.

3. Cancellation

Institutional subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no charges thereafter and no partial-period refunds.

4. Legal Exceptions Only

Refunds will be made only where required by applicable law, including: unauthorised or duplicate charges; and complete failure on our part to provide the Service as described (for example, payment captured but credits never delivered despite our verification). In such cases, write to write@superskript.io with the Razorpay payment ID; verified refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 working days.

5. Results Are Not Defects

A similarity score or AI-likelihood result you disagree with is not a service failure where screening was performed as described; results depend on the reference corpus and stated scope.
