Information We Collect
1. Information you create or provide to us
- Account information: username, email address, and a password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — we cannot read it).
- Content you upload: the documents you submit for screening or add to your reference corpus, and the reports and certificates generated from them.
- Payment information: if you purchase credits or a plan, payment is handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We record only the plan, amount, and Razorpay payment identifiers; your card, UPI, or banking details never reach our servers.
- Messages: if you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, and message.
2. Information we collect as you use the Service
- Your screening activity within your own account (results generated, credit balance).
- Basic technical logs necessary to operate and secure the Service.
Why We Collect This Information
To provide the Service — screening, reports, certificates, and credit accounting; to issue GST-compliant invoices; to respond to your messages; and to keep the Service safe and secure.
Equally important is what we do not do: we do not sell your data; we do not serve advertising; we do not use your documents to train AI models — ours or anyone else's; and no third-party AI or processing service ever receives your content. Document analysis runs entirely on our own infrastructure.
Sharing Your Information
We share information only: with Razorpay, to process payments you initiate; where required by law or a lawful order of an Indian authority; or in connection with a corporate restructuring, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information. There is no other sharing.
Keeping Your Information Secure
Encrypted transport (HTTPS) on every connection; each account's documents, corpus, and reports held in an isolated workspace; passwords stored only as salted hashes; and routine backups to protect against loss.
Your Privacy Controls
You can delete individual corpus documents and reports from within the Service at any time. You may access or correct your account information, request closure of your account and erasure of associated data, or exercise your rights under applicable Indian data-protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) by writing to write@superskript.io.
Data Retention
Your documents, reports, and account data remain available until you delete them or close your account. Deleted items are removed from the live database immediately and age out of routine backups within the normal 30-day backup cycle.
Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over, or younger students using it under the supervision of their institution.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
